The Service Provider will use the information provided by the Consumer solely for the following purposes:

The Service Provider will retain the Consumer’s name, email address, phone number, and billing address until the Consumer requests their deletion in writing.
The Consumer’s bank account number is stored exclusively on the Service Provider’s online banking platform, which is hosted by OTP Bank, and is used solely for the purpose of verifying payment for the service.
- Sharing of personal data

- Rights Regarding the Use of Data
The Consumer may access, modify, or delete the personal data provided by the Consumer at any time.
The Consumer may withdraw their consent to data processing at any time, free of charge and without restriction or justification, or may request the deletion of the data.
The Consumer has the right to request information regarding the scope of data processed by the Service Provider, its purpose, legal basis, duration, and activities related to data processing. In such cases, the Service Provider shall provide the Consumer with written information within 25 days of receiving the request.
The Consumer has the right to object to data processing if the use or transfer of their personal data is intended for direct marketing or public opinion polling, or in other cases specified by law.
The Consumer has the right to turn to a court or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information if they believe that their data protection rights have been violated, such as when their personal data has not been processed in accordance with the law, or there is an imminent risk of a violation of their rights.
